35 years of craft in rural construction
Obres i Rehabilitacions El Yazidi SL brings together a team with 35 years of experience in rural construction and stone restoration. We have already restored several masías and work only on renovation, so every project gets our full attention.

Do I need to be in Spain during the works?
No. We send photos of progress with every certification, and you have a single person to contact at any time.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. We give a closed price and a schedule in writing. If you ask for changes, we quote them and agree on them with you before we carry them out.
How do payments work?
You pay by certification of the work completed, backed by photos. 5% of the budget is retained and paid to us after one year, if everything is in order.
Do you work with an architect?
Yes. We can offer an architect we work with, and we coordinate the industrial trades. You are also free to bring your own.
Do you build new houses?
No. We specialise exclusively in renovation and restoration of existing buildings.
Where do you work?
Mainly in Baix Empordà and across the province of Girona.
Do you offer maintenance afterwards?
Yes. If you ask for it, we can take care of the maintenance of your property.
